Yeah, I was thinking I at least hope the the accomplished, feminist doctor was able to teach that obnoxious family something - but I doubt it. And I just can't believe that a man would pressure his wife to sleep in makeup or do housework in high heels. Heck, my boyfriend always says that makeup is either fake looking or totally pointless and he can't imagine any guy wanting women to wear it, let alone pressuring a partner to do so all the time... Jeez.
