I'm trying to go for a zen/nature theme in my room, except for my kitchen which is pink...? Idk I just pick out the relatively cheap furniture. To be honest, this game simply goes to show how bad I am at interior decorating.

Yeah, after a while the most you can get for free are 750 gems, and furniture is expensive. If you want more you have to buy.
