My Sim literally gets more tail than I do. 8'D
I got sucked into Sims 2 this past week and I haven't done anything productive ever since. @_@ That's the danger I always have to keep in check when I game. It's so easy for me to get addicted and let other aspects of my life go. For example, our place has been a complete mess and I've failed to cook dinner on time repeatedly. I've just cleaned up today and I'm planning on loading the laundry later.

Anyway~ my "trust fund baby" Sim (explains why she started out with so much money lol) has way more drama than I do. She got caught cheating on her first boyfriend while on a date with another guy. She then proceeded to date a third guy which led to her falling out with one of her BFFs, who is guy #2's sister. But since none of them want to marry her, she found someone else to settle down with and now they're building their dream house on the largest possible lot. 8D

I swear I didn't plan most of this. She's just a Pleasure Sim who has fleeting wants all the time.

Buuuuuuut I did make her future husband. 8D I got tired of these ~non-commital~ Sims so I went ahead and created one for the purpose of sweeping her off her feet. He's actually more fun to play with coz his wants are Knowledge-based. Plus, his current house is baller.




I wrote in his bio that he's a recent lottery winner which explains why he has so much money in the beginning too. I was told these two are gonna be the worst couple ever and they're gonna burn through their money fast. Nuh-uh! She's a celeb chef now, and he's on his way to Chief of Staff and they're gonna live happily ever after. 8D

I need to step away from this game for a few days obviously.

And it is so easy to loose yourself in games. n_n;; I often forget to eat, myself, when I start something new.

Oh man, me too! WoW was the best and worst thing to ever happen to me. I let everything else go but I killed all the raids. XD

Haha! That's one of the reasons I'm not even trying WoW. No matter how much I am tempted... *A* I do that and everything else goes to shit. xD;;

Heh, I always used to use the "motherlode" cheat code to start my sims off with tens of thousands of dollars (hey, game, do you know how much a real house costs? $20 000 is just not realistic...) so they could buy proper houses. But then I just got frustrated dealing with the Sims, and Pleasure Sims are the absolute worst, so I pretty much gave up on playing with the characters and used the game as a platform to decorate houses and design the Sims' clothes/appearances... Such an awesome game though.

Yeah, I use the motherlode cheat all the time and write down reasons in their bio why they're rich. Like they got a huge settlement from their lawsuit or found a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. XD

I've been designing megahouses lately, but the problem is I'm no good at architecture and interior decorating. DX
